Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including paypal.

Can I return/exchange items?

 All sales are FINAL. Unfortunately, due to the delicate nature of our items we do not accept return or process exchanges.

My items were delivered damaged, Can I exchange them?

All items delivered by Lions Den Beauty are made sure to be packaged to perfection. This is to ensure that items are delivered safely and securely to our clients. However, we know that things happen. If you have unfortunately received a damaged item upon opening your package. Please notify our team immediately within 3 days of receiving your order. You can email lionsdencomp@gmail.com. After verifying the damages of your item we will do our best to accommodate you.

 My Item was sent but I never received my package. What do I do?

All items are shipped with USPS tracking information. If Items are not received due to loss in mail or deemed undelivered a case needs to be filed with USPS.

How long will it take for my package to be delivered?

Please allow 3-5 day processing time.

After processing time, items usually ship within 2 days within the US. PLEASE NOTE: LIONS DEN BEAUTY IS COMMITTED TO GETTING YOUR ORDER PROCESSED AND SHIPPED IMMEDIATELY. DUE TO THE CURRENT PANDEMIC COVID-19 THERE MAY BE A DELAY IN RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. THIS ALL DEPENDS ON USPS. WE WILL STILL PROCESS ITEMS IN OUR SAME PROCESSING TIME.

Can I make a change/cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is submitted, it may not be canceled. Please make sure to go over details before checking out.

How do I care for my hair that I have purchased?

Please refer to "Hair Care Tips" under desired hair product.

Are your cosmetics vegan/cruelty free?

Yes, all cosmetics are Paraben, Vegan, and Cruelty Free. Select items are Gluten free, please view product info for details.

How do i track my order?

Once item(s) have been shipped an email will be sent with tracking information.

I have subscribed to your emailing list, should I still make an account?

We encourage all Den members to make an account as well as subscribe to our mailing list. While subscribing to our emailing list will keep you updated on all the details of our products, beauty tips, sales and more. Making an account will keep you updated on your previous and current orders.
